Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and cooking meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and fine dining for special events.
  • Following recipes and all policies and procedures.
  • Working as part of a talented team and mentoring new colleagues.
  • Managing stock, placing orders, and keeping kitchen records up to date.
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Supporting kitchen deep cleans and completing due diligence paperwork.

Qualifications

  • A relevant culinary qualification (NVQ Level 1/Level 2 or equivalent).
  • A confident chef who loves working as part of a team.
  • Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for great food.
  • Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks (UK residency for the past 3 years required).
  • Shift times: As needed.
