Job Description
Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and fine dining for special events.
- Following recipes and all policies and procedures.
- Working as part of a talented team and mentoring new colleagues.
- Managing stock, placing orders, and keeping kitchen records up to date.
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Supporting kitchen deep cleans and completing due diligence paperwork.
Qualifications
- A relevant culinary qualification (NVQ Level 1/Level 2 or equivalent).
- A confident chef who loves working as part of a team.
- Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for great food.
- Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks (UK residency for the past 3 years required).
- Shift times: As needed.
