Must manage cooks and should have experience in Tandoor,Curry and South indian and Indian sweets.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.Previously must have worked in reputed resturants in india or overseas.
1. Train local staffs
2. Speak english and Hindi
3.Creative in designing menu
4. Promote food festivals with new north indian dishes
