Full time Supervisors of Food Preparation and Serving Workers

We are looking for experienced Chefs/Sous Chefs & Cooks for our clients in Charters Towers and Townsville Queensland.  The positions are full time, $70-$90K a year salary depending on the experience and the position.

In this hands on roles, the chosen candidates must:

• Ensure food preparation and quality is of the highest standard possible
• Manage stock levels and follow company procedures and recipe guidelines
• Ensure hygiene is maintained to the required standards
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen during and after service
• Assist the head chef in cost control and assist in ensuring budgeted profit and targets are met
• Able to work unsupervised and harmoniously with the rest of the brigade
• Sous Chefs must be able to manage the kitchen in absence of the head chef
