Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine

We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef who specializes in Indian cuisine to join our team at our restaurant in El-Ain, UAE. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, creating new and innovative dishes, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff including sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks
• Train and supervise staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety standards
