Job Description
TeleTech Holdings, Inc. seeks a Chat Technical Support Representative to work onsite in Bacolod. You will provide first-level technical support for email hosting and messaging platforms, troubleshoot concerns, and guide customers through solutions via chat or email.
You’ll document interactions and escalate complex issues when needed. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in technical support or troubleshooting, strong communication skills, and basic knowledge of email systems.
