Job Description

As an E-Commerce Chat and Email Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and merchants. Your main goal is to maintain high satisfaction rates by answering queries, addressing disputes, and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience across the platform.



Qualifications:

40 WPM typing speed

At least Senior High School Graduate

At least 6 months of BPO experience

Has good comprehension and grammar
