Chartered Accountant - Real Estate
JOB SUMMARY
The role should focus on financial accounting, taxation, project accounting, MIS reporting, budgeting, compliance, audit support, cost control, cash flow management, and financial analysis of real estate projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accurate books of accounts for multiple real estate projects.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and General Ledger.
Ensure timely closure of books and preparation of MIS reports for management.
Monitor project-wise profitability and financial performance.
