We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chargehand Electrical to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Chargehand you will lead and supervise a team of electricians ensuring the efficient and safe completion of electrical projects in various construction and maintenance settings.

• Oversee and coordinate electrical installation maintenance and repair work
• Interpret blueprints schematics and electrical drawings to plan and execute projects
• Assign tasks to team members and monitor their performance
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct quality checks on completed work and troubleshoot complex electrical issues
• Manage inventory of electrical supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with other trades and project managers to meet project deadlines
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior electricians
