Analyze disputes and chargeback flows to decide the right action
Investigate cases end-to-end (transaction timeline, evidence, money flow, root cause)
Build and review representment/defense cases — clear, well-documented, win-oriented
Dig into data to find patterns, fraud signals, and process gaps worth fixing
Use (and help improve) our AI/automation tooling to handle disputes faster and smarter
Partner with teams across CloudWalk (Risk, Compliance, Product, Data, Engineering) Comfortable using LLMs/AI tools in your daily work — and curious about agent frameworks (LangChain, Mastra, etc.)
