Job Description

The Channel Partner Manager manages and grows relationships between the developer and brokerage firms ensuring brokers are enabled and motivated to sell properties.

Responsibilities
  • Manage strong relationships with brokerage firms.
  • Provide project information, pricing and sales tools.
  • Deliver training and presentations to brokers.
  • Drive sales performance through brokerage channels.
  • Organize broker events, roadshows, and engagement programs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Report market insights and competitor feedback.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or Real Estate.
  • 35 years experience in real estate or brokerage relations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of regional real estate brokerage ecosystems.
