Job Description

The Channel Development Manager is responsible for developing channel strategies and tactics for each retail environment, based on shopper and trade expertise. The role remains updated on industry trends and identifies opportunities for growth and expansion across the company’s sales channels. The position works closely with the Channel Sales Head in developing channel strategies.

Responsibilities and Key Activities

• Defining channel strategy and tactics by retail environment
• Develop channel strategies & plan in line with company AOP objective and direction
• Monitor channel performance and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Identify and evaluate channel distribution potential, develop plan to maximize channel business opportunities
