Position Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support the implementation of an enterprise-wide Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation Action Plan. Leveraging established change management methodologies, tools, and frameworks, the consultant will provide strategic and practical change management support to help formalize the organization's reconciliation commitment, align stakeholders, coordinate work across multiple leadership workstreams, and build the organizational readiness required to advance reconciliation in a thoughtful, coordinated, and accountable way.
