About the role
Reporting to the Manager – Transformation, the Change Manager supports the delivery of change management activities across multiple concurrent projects.
Working closely with Project Managers, business owners and stakeholders, you will:
* Support the delivery and implementation of transformation and business improvement initiatives
* Develop practical and fit-for-purpose change activities that support successful project outcomes
* Work directly with project teams to integrate change activities into delivery plans and implementation approaches
