Change Manager

Full-time Software Development,IT Services and IT Consulting,Technology, Information and Media

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3-5 years of Experience in IT Change and Release Management.
• Extensive experience in IT Operations and/or IT Service Management
• ITIL v3 Intermediate: Release, Control, and Validate Certified
• Good Interpersonal skills across multi-functional partners
• Strong and Effective Communication Skills in English.
• Knowledgeable with Agile Methodologies
• Familiar with ITSM Tools especially ServiceNow

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides oversight to ensure proposed changes are complete and compliant with established processes.
• Reviews and approves all in-scope changes within the organization in line with process standards and best practices.
