- Identify and document change impacts of Finance projects and initiatives on various functions, countries, LOB's, departments and processes.
- Analyze the scope and nature of change impacts to conduct thorough assessment of the proposed change's effect on people, process and technology.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and perspectives on potential challenges and opportunities, aligning expectations to ensure successful adoption.
- Regularly review and analyze change impacts with stakeholders to support informed decisions and continuously improve change management strategies.
