β’ Demonstrated accountability for defining, tracking, and delivering OKRs, KPIs, or other measurable adoption and business outcomes
β’ Strong facilitation, communication, and executive stakeholder engagement skills
β’ Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving program needs
β’ Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the path forward isnβt always clear
