Overview
Change Management at MUFG supports the Purpose statement “Together we achieve by working within a Portfolio to maximize the efficiency of internal stakeholder working groups.
Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the role is to create strategic change plans, focusing on benefit realisation and to ensure business readiness to adopt the change. 

 
Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities
Strategic Focus

• Establish and maintain a change management capability which supports the project delivery process
• Develop agreed list of change management artefacts which will support the delivery of a seamless program for the varied levels of change within the business

Operational Management

• Work with stakeholders to understand business impacts and use this as the foundation for the impact assessment plan
