About the Role
The Change Manager ā Day of OperationsĀ is responsible forĀ leading the people side of the implementation ofĀ a new and common Day of Operations solutionĀ (part of a Kinetic wide transformation program Our Tools)Ā across Australia and New Zealand. This roleĀ willĀ ensureĀ our people understand theĀ project and programĀ andĀ theyĀ fit within broader business strategy,Ā whatāsĀ changing, why it matters, and what it means for them.Ā
This role is about making change work in the real world ā in depots, on early starts, with drivers, allocators, operationsĀ supervisorsĀ and depot leaders. Success will be measured by adoption, confidence, and practical use ofĀ the Day of Operations solution, not by the quality of slide decks or adherence to a textbook changeĀ methodology.Ā
