We are seeking a results-oriented Change Management Specialist to act as the driving force behind the company’s Global Coaching Strategy. In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring the successful deployment and sustained adoption of our AI-powered coaching tools and programs across regional accounts.

Key Responsibilitie

• sDeployment & Pipeline Management: Own the regional deployment lifecycle for the Coaching Copilot, managing account outreach, intake, discovery, and handovers while maintaining accurate pipeline trackers
• .Adoption & Change Management: Serve as the primary change management lead using the AI Influencer model. You will monitor usage dashboards, facilitate influencer check-ins, remove systemic barriers, and share best practices to sustain momentum
