Our client requires a Change Management Specialist to work with internal groups to develop and deliver change strategies and support content that enables impacted stakeholders to successfully transition from their current state to a future state. This role supports both new project implementations and the ongoing sustainment, enhancement, and optimization of existing operations and functionalities. This resource will be responsible for the development and implementation of change management and communication deliverables that drive effective adoption, sustained use, and continuous improvement of the client solution across the organization.
