Change Management Manager - Project Based

Manages all aspects of Transformation change management and communication and delivers communications to the frontlines. Also supports leaders throughout the organization in achieving the Change agenda.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute end-to-end CM strategy and detailed plans that align with the organization’s strategic business objectives and vision for transformation.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment of CM strategies with overarching project goals, securing executive sponsorship and
