The Change Management Consultant will support successful business change by assessing organisational readiness, planning change activities, and supporting the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. The role will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and end users to help prepare the organisation for change and support a smooth transition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a business readiness plan that considers IT deployment, data migration, and capability deployment activities.
- Assess business user readiness levels and identify gaps requiring timely resolution.
- Create and implement action plans to address readiness gaps before changes go live.
- Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
