Change Enablement Manager Drive enterprise change initiatives in a global insurance environment, supporting HR transformation, workforce strategy, and AI-related programs. This hybrid Toronto-based role combines stakeholder engagement, communications, and training delivery across multiple projects, offering exposure to innovative tools and high-impact work.
