Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Consultant, Change and Communications (5+ years) to support enterprise transformation program closure using ADKAR, enterprise delivery frameworks, and records management processes
Join a high-visibility enterprise transformation initiative focused on records retention, destruction, and personal information remediation as the program transitions to closure. This role supports enterprise-wide communications, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption activities across records, privacy, business, and technical teams. The position will play a key role in driving alignment and sustaining business-as-usual operations as processes transition across the organization. The engagement runs through October 30, with direct exposure to enterprise records management and transformation stakeholders.
Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 1 day (Thursday) in office and 4th Friday of every month
