Overview
The Child & Family Services (CFS) Worker implements the policies, procedures and specific directives of Awasis Agency of Northern Manitoba when working with families and children in the field of child protection. The duties include responding to community service requests, carrying a case load of protection and voluntary family files, working collaboratively with Prevention and Foster Care, conducting interviews and assessments, following up on allegations of child protection issues, maintaining regular visits with clients, ensuring accurate and timely documentation, developing case plans, and partnering with collateral resources.
