Job Description

• Provide visible, inspirational financial leadership across the group, including operating entities and the holding company
• Design, implement, and embed fit-for-purpose financial structures, policies, and procedures in a high‑paced environment
• Build, mentor, and lead a capable finance team, fostering accountability, confidence, and growth
• Oversee group consolidations, ensuring accurate, timely, and meaningful financial reporting
• Partner closely with Directors as a trusted commercial advisor, supporting strategic and creative decision‑making
• Establish robust budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow management processes that support a dynamic business model
