Job Description

• Lead all fundraising activities including debt financing, bond issuance, and capital raising.
• Oversee capital allocation strategies and manage assets used as collateral for financing.
• Provide strategic financial leadership while supervising a strong, well‑managed finance team.
• Build and nurture relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
