About the Job:

We are looking for an IP Medical Coder IV to join our client's healthcare team and ensure accurate coding of inpatient medical records. In this role, you will assign diagnosis and procedure codes, review medical documentation, and ensure compliance with coding guidelines and industry standards. You will also help maintain coding accuracy, resolve coding issues, and support quality and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
