Support clients in the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Cerner EHR environments. Responsibilities:

• Focus: Design, build, validation, and production support
• Provide L2 production support for Oracle Cerner
• Troubleshoot production issues
• Resolve incidents within SLA while ensuring patient safety and data accuracy
• Configure and maintain components
