WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE FORECASTING DEMAND
- Provide the markets reliable ‘unemotional’ and ‘unpolitical’ baseline;
focused on the full horizon of 0-24 months at monthly level buckets, including guidance and support to markets on ‘where to focus to make a difference’
- Evaluate and adjust the parameters of the system generation of forecasts (i.E. multilevel disaggregation and predictive analytics model ownership)
- Drive ‘no or low touch forecasting’ by setting the right parameters for exception based planning;
ensuring the system ‘alerts’ are set up correctly
- Drive for execution, review forecast from a higher level and build the full picture. Ensuring a balanced and honest volume outlook for the region
