Job Description

Our client is an international logistics provider who are now seeking a highly motivated and organized Central Document Manager to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Legal Department regarding actions and solutions to issues.
  • Creating future plans for extending BL preparation services to other locations.
  • Creating new SOPs for missing documentation procedures in new trade routes.
  • Monitoring, resolving and following up with customers regarding disputes, if any.
  • Developing systems related with bookings, documentation modules and other related systems.
  • Maintaining a proper and efficient filing system for all documents for easy and systematic retrieval.
  • Ensuring all staff are equipped with related knowledge regarding documentation policies, SOPs, and system procedures.
