Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall operations of the center, ensuring smooth delivery of mental
wellness and related services, high service standards, and a strong client
experience.business.
Own the center s P&L, including revenue growth, budgeting, cost control,
margin improvement, and periodic business reviews.
Drive business development through school partnerships, institutional
alliances, corporate relationships, referral channels, and community outreach
initiatives.
Develop and expand school health programs, student wellbeing initiatives,
awareness workshops, and preventive mental wellness offerings.
Create and execute annual and quarterly business plans for revenue
generation, service expansion, utilization improvement, and market
