Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for end-to-end branch operations, ensuring academic excellence, operational efficiency, revenue growth, student
satisfaction, and placement success. The role involves managing batch performance, placements, feedback mechanisms, sales conversion targets, reference generation, and overall branch profitability while maintaining high service standards and compliance with organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Own the P&L, revenue targets, admissions funnel, and monthly business growth of the centre.
- Lead & motivate the sales, academic, and student service teams for daily performance.
- Drive counsellor productivity, walk-ins, conversions, inquiries & referrals.
- Ensure smooth centre operations, student satisfaction, and quality delivery of classes.
- Implement business strategies, local marketing activities, and process improvements.
