Key Responsibilities Diagnosing hardware and software faults Screen replacement (LCD/OLED) Battery replacement and charging port repairs Board-level repairs (basic to intermediate) Camera, speaker, microphone, and button repairs Software flashing, updates, and data recovery Use of repair tools and diagnostic equipment Attention to detail and quality control Time management and ability to meet repair deadlines Good communication and customer service skills
