Job Description
Overview
Your role as an R&D Cell Test Engineer is to oversee and conduct battery testing and measurements using specialized equipment to ensure the performance, safety, and reliability of battery cells. The position involves managing test procedures, data analysis, equipment maintenance, and driving continuous improvement in testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that test data are stored in the appropriate folders (5 S for Share Point and Database) for easy access and retrieval.
- Update test status and planning tools, including forecasts and upcoming test schedules.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, including automation of testing and data evaluation.
- Identify opportunities and generate innovative ideas to strengthen intellectual property related to battery testing.
- Assist technicians during periods of high workload to maintain testing efficiency.
