Job Description
What You Will Do
- Manage the operations of the Engine Component Repair Cell and lead a team of up to 30 technicians.
- Achieve operational targets in eTAT, OTD, HPP, productivity, utilization and cost efficiency.
- Implement Smart Factory initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce cycle time.
- Oversee manpower planning, resource allocation, and overtime management to optimise performance.
- Manage and report production outputs and sales targets.
- Drive employee engagement through effective communication, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Support staffing, training, and development to build team capability and succession readiness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Finance, HR and Materials teams to meet business objectives.
