Job Description
Bridgestone is seeking a Cell Leader to manage daily management systems, CIL/IE processes and defect elimination in a Brits, ZA production cell. You will lead training, set development plans, and coordinate loss analysis to drive safety, quality and production goals.
We require 4–7 years in process improvement within manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and leadership capabilities. This is an on-site, permanent, full-time role aligned with Bridgestone's safety and efficiency standards.
