CEGID - Workplace L3 Specialist
As a Workplace L3 Specialist , you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of workplace environments, ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of endpoints and related services.
Working as a Level 3 expert, you will collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, and service delivery teams to deliver robust and efficient workplace solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot complex Windows and macOS workplace environments
- Design and implement Endpoint Management solutions
- Automate operational tasks and processes using PowerShell
