Job Overview
Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Civil Engineering Operations Manager oversees the operational planning, establishment, execution and evaluation of a multifaceted facility maintenance and repair program. The Operations Manager implements strategic initiatives to correct business related deficiencies through continuous improvement methodologies. The Operations Manager serves as principal point of representation and liaison with the client on operational matters and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership.
