Shift is Mon-Thur, 4-10 hour days. Positions available are on swing shift, this requires training on day shift 6-8 months before moving to swing shift which includes $1.50 shift differential.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Spherion offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, Washington paid sick leave, an incentive and recognition program (all benefits are based on eligibility).
