In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain cloud-based contact center as a service (CCaaS) systems using AWS Connect. Daily responsibilities include software development, infrastructure management, implementing cloud solutions, database administration, and system optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of efficient and secure cloud environments while identifying opportunities for system improvements.
