Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Category Data & Performance Analyst to support data-driven decision-making within the Business Development team. This role focuses on building scalable reporting, performing deep-dive performance analysis, and generating actionable insights to support category growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong SQL, Excel, and analytical problem-solving skills, and is comfortable working with large datasets to identify business opportunities and performance gaps. This is an individual contributor role with strong exposure to commercial strategy, category management, and cross-functional stakeholders.
