Cath Lab Tech Lead
Cath Lab Tech Lead oversees the work of employees (Cath Lab staff) and support staff to support procedural support, patient care excellence, coordination of care, process, task. Able to troubleshoot technical issues within the procedures rooms, and act as a resource for the team, providing guidance as the situation calls for.
Essential Job Function
- Oversees the work of employees, including nurses and support staff to uphold quality standards.
- Reviews the analysis of patient data, including laboratory results, diagnostic tests, and progress notes, to ensure accurate and comprehensive assessment of patients’ conditions.
- Provides guidance, support, and mentorship to employees, fostering their professional growth and development.
