Job Responsibilities
- Proactively generating and converting catering sales leads to maximise revenue for Banquet and F&B outlets.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and work towards closing sales.
- Develop and implement game plan strategies in achieving sales targets.
- Prepare proposals for clients and follow through until confirmation or cancellation is received.
- Organize hotel and banqueting facilities familiarization tours for clients and potential customers.
- Prepare event orders for banquets and meetings and ensure all special requirements are communicated to the service staff.
- Monitor and assist in coordinating banquet functions/services on a daily basis.
- Maintain relationships with function guests and gather feedback.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
