Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, promptly directing them to the relevant party and/or take comprehensive messages.
  • Respond to banquet queries and send standardized event proposals, including food and beverage options, service lists, and terms and conditions. Process Venue Booking Confirmation Form and send it to member as acknowledgement and acceptance upon the realization of events.
  • Distribute the Banquet Event Order (BEO) to all relevant departments.
  • Prepare all visual event guides such as signage, menus, and food labels for banquet functions.
  • Proactively track the progress of proposals and follow up prior to established deadlines.
  • Manage and complete necessary documentation and administrative tasks for the Banquet department, including orders, requisitions, purchase orders, payments, petty cash forms, and filing.
