Job Description
Catering Coordinator
Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur, located in the Golden Triangle, Kuala Lumpur.
What You Will Do
- Assist the Catering & Events team in planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events.
- Prepare banquet event orders (BEOs), proposals, contracts, and event documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing detailed event information.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Banquets, Kitchen, Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping) to ensure flawless execution of events.
- Maintain and update client databases, event calendars, and sales systems.
- Conduct site inspections and support client visits as required.
