Your Job

  • Act as the strategic interface to internal customers and suppliers, translating business needs into effective negotiations and contracts in cooperation with Legal and other functions
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing processes, including market analysis, demand planning, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and implementation
  • Work as part of the Global Software Procurement team to develop sourcing and supplier strategies
  • Manage key suppliers and develop sourcing strategies together with IT, Software Asset Management, Enterprise Architecture, and the global procurement team
  • Conduct spend analysis, define optimization goals, and ensure global interaction and alignment across the Munich Re Group (e.g. ERGO and MEAG)
