Regional Category Manager - Full time
Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Industry: Electronics Manufacturing
Budget: RM 12,000 - RM 15,000
Working Hours: Mon – Fri (fully onsite)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional electronics category management processes aligned with global strategy
- Embed strategic sourcing and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) excellence across APAC manufacturing plants
- Partner with Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, and IBP leaders on long-term category strategies
- Award business based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
- Drive lead-time reduction and speed-to-market improvements
- Lead supplier segmentation, panel management, and SRM deployment
- Execute Low-Cost Country sourcing initiatives
