Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the FMCG industry, focusing on category growth and market penetration.
• Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for identifying and sourcing relevant product assortments to meet consumer demands and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the Industry Director to initiate and manage campaigns, investments, and business development projects, such as assortment building and display investments.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform decision-making and ensure the strategy remains competitive and aligned with industry dynamics.
• Consolidate data from cross-functional teams to monitor progress, maintain project timelines, and ensure the achievement of core business objectives.
