Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Category Management Specialist on a permanent basis on our Home and Building Solutions (HABS) team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and can be based anywhere in Western Canada .

Support Category Managers in developing category plans for Home Centre locations within the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS). If you are organized, have a strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in fast paced environments, come join our team today!

What you’ll do:

• Support Category Managers with category reviews, assortment planning, and data analysis to drive category growth and profitability.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize planograms to ensure effective product flow, accurate shelf sets, and strong sales performance.
• Analyze product movement, listings, pricing, and weekly reports to recommend item updates, inventory adjustments, and merchandising improvements.
